These are the plain-English terms for buying and using Wing Vibe. By purchasing or using the app, you agree to them.
Your license
When you buy Wing Vibe, you get a one-time license to use the app on your Mac. Each license key activates one Mac. If you want Wing Vibe living in the notch of more than one machine, you will need a license for each one.
How payment works
Lemon Squeezy is our seller and merchant of record. When you buy Wing Vibe, your order is technically a purchase through Lemon Squeezy, and their terms apply to the transaction alongside ours. They handle the checkout, the receipt, and any taxes.
The app is provided as is
Wing Vibeis provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We have built it with care and we run it ourselves, but we cannot promise it will be perfect or fit every possible setup. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from using the app.
You keep what you downloaded
The copy of Wing Vibe you download is yours to keep. Because the app runs entirely on your Mac, it does not stop working if our website goes away. We may ship updates, and we may change these terms over time. If we update the terms, the new version lives on this page with a fresh date at the top.
Fair use
Please do not resell, share, or redistribute your license keys, and do not try to work around activation. The license is for you and your Macs. Beyond that, use the app however you like.
Good faith and governing law
We run Wing Vibein good faith and we expect the same in return. The seller is based in France (in the EU), so where these terms need a governing approach, that is the starting point. Lemon Squeezy’s terms also govern the parts of your purchase that they handle.
